Changing your Trackhawk GPS Password

Before changing your password to Trackhawk GPS you must activate your device following these steps in this support article: Trackhawk GPS Device Activation

 

CHANGING YOUR PASSWORD CAN ONLY BE DONE THROUGH OUR WEB PORTAL

  1. Login to our web portal
  2. If this is the first time you login, you will be automatically prompted to change your password
  3. Enter your default password that was sent to your email. 
  4. You will be asked to enter your new password twice

If this is not your first time to login to Trackhawk GPS: 

  1. Login to our web portal
  2. Click on user name at the top right of the web page
  3. Click on User Settings
  4. Click on Security  on the right hand menu
  5. Click on the Change Password button
  6. Enter your current password
  7. Enter your new password
